2010...

Wow, what a year!  Where do I even start?!  I guess this will work. 
2010, You have had your ups and downs, your share of heartbreak and mending, your good days an bad.  When times were bad they were the worst, but when good the best.  I glad to say you were pretty good to me.  I went to my first prom.  I became Capitan of our school's Color Guard.  I finished Junior year.  I taught my first VBS class and loved it.  Two of my best friends got engaged.  I turned 18.  I became a Senior in high school.  I went through three months of hard color guard practice with a dramaful, full new people team to make 1s at competition under my best friend and my leadership.  I became a better friend, I even got a little sister (Caroline Burton).  I made friends.  I was a part of a College's first Honor Band and did great.  I saw Beth Moore, Pricilla Shiver, and Kay Auther in person.  I felt heartbreak for really close friends. I went through all of this to say this:  I have had the best year with God I have ever had!  I figured out a few things too.  Like being a Christian is not about emotions, emotions come and go but God is here to stay. 
I just hope 2011 bring more...

Tonight.

Tonight at church Travis, my youth pastor, talked about 2011.  He gave us some stats on New Years Resolutions, they were pretty unusual in a very realistic way.  Long story short only 20% of people attempt on keeping their resolutions and some where around 2% are successful.  Then he said we have a choice, 2011 can either be a great amazing year for growth in the Lord or not.  That simple.  One thing I know is my 2011 equals change for me.  Last semester of high school, starting college, (depending on which college I go to) moving out, and the list goes on and on!  I guess that why the future scares me.  Its all change.  Everything is change!  Its not going to be easy but I believe I can handle it, with God!  All with God, He will be there with me.  For all things are possible with God...

Today...

Well today was...GREAT!  Me and my sister are babysitting Sam (seven) and Abi (thirteen) this week.  Their mom is doing in home office work this week.  We picked them up at 8:00 am and brought them to our house.  Sam played the Wii, for the first time in a long time we played games on the Wii, and not just watching Netflix!  It was very fun!  After that we ate at Casanova's.  Where Sam asked what is on all the tables...it that blood?  Then he got on a kick about vampires, it was hilarious!  Then we get back home.  I had to cheak to see when my phone will come in (dec. 30th).  Sam and Abi were begging to go for a walk.  So we went for a walk!  While there we decided to make a movie.  We called it A Haunting in Chatom part I.  I this movie they are terrible dramatic acting by Kaylyn and Abi, Sam dying many times!  I filmed and directed!  It is a pretty AMAZING movie!  I can't wait t see what tomorrow has for us!

My First Post!

Yay, This is my first Blog, that I intent on keeping up!!  So yea, nows the part where I wonder why I got a blog because my mind goes blank when I start  posting....  I guess I could start with this:  If you want to know about me look at my profile, and I am a Terrible (yea with a capital letter) speller.  So please don't pick on me :-).  A little extended info (you know the 400 letter thing on the profile) I am a twin who is the aunt to twins!  I think that pretty cool. Also I have some of the BEST friends in the world, they are pretty much crazy, I LOVE them!  I am a Christian!  That HAS to be the best part about me!  I know that I am and will NEVER be alone because God is with me.  I also will never fear the future because God knows the plans he has for me, really good ones (Jer. 29:11).
